## Transcript [00:00] In this video, we'll be taking a look at the simple submit function in the wp2print system. The simple submit function is designed to allow customers, not so much to place an order, but to send you a number of files, describe their printing job, and then request a quotation from you. You can build the simple submit function into your wp2print site with ease. Your customer will come to the page and first type in some contact information. [00:30] Once this is done, your customer can now begin to describe the print job to you. Typically, this will be a print job where the product is not a standard size. The product isn't already in wp2print. If it was already set up in wp2print, your customer wouldn't need to use this form. If the format requested is not standard, your customer cannot use the wp2print automatic quotation feature, and therefore will need to use this simple submit function. It is essentially a custom request. So here, in the comments section, your customer will start describing the print job requested, with the non-standard attributes. [01:11] Next, the customer can send you the files, which will help you understand and determine whether or not your customer will need any extra work or anything of that sort. These files will be uploaded to the Amazon cloud. So there isn't any limitation to the number of files and the size of these files. Once the files have been selected, your customer will click the submit button. [01:37] What's happening now is the files are firstly being uploaded, and the system is submitting the form. Once the form is submitted, emails will be sent to both the customer and the administrator. [01:50] Here we can see the two emails that the system has sent out. First to the customer, with a small thank you message for submitting the request, but most importantly to the administrator, here, where we have the full contact information of the customer, the three links to the files allowing the administrator to download them, and finally the description of the job that the customer submitted. [02:17] Now the administrator has everything he needs to send back to the customer a quotation for this new job. And that concludes this video of the simple submit system.
