In this video, we'll look at the shipment tracking feature built into your pack and ship site.
Your customer can browse to this web page in your site and simply paste in the tracking number for a shipment either that they have sent out or that they expect to receive.
This system can work with tracking numbers from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the US Postal Service.
So here, we will paste a tracking number.
Hit the submit button, and very quickly we can see all sorts of details about the shipment.
Who is the carrier, what is the status, where it was shipped from, and where it was shipped to.
If we click this button, View Tracking History, we can see a detailed history of all the movements of this package.
