In this video, we'll see how you can send an SMS notification to your customer from the order detail page.
First, we'll navigate to the orders page.
Then, we'll open the order that we're interested in.
And here, directly on the right-hand side of the order's page, is a box that allows you to send an SMS.
If the customer has a phone number already configured in his account, it will appear here.
It's the same phone number that we see here.
If you want to send an SMS to a different number, you can erase this number from the user's account and type in your own number.
We then enter our text message and hit the button Send SMS.
After the SMS is sent, we see this notification that the SMS was correctly sent.
