This guide demonstrates the workflow for Magento administrators managing custom orders via the Print Science designer. Learn how to navigate the dashboard, find orders, and download print-ready PDFs including artwork, crop marks, and bleeds.

In this video, we're going to see what you as the administrator of a Magento site receive after a customer places an order for a product that is linked to the Print Science designer.
From the administrative dashboard, go ahead and navigate to the orders page.
Select the order and at the top, you can see all of the standard order information that you receive from any order, such as the invoice address, shipping address, etc.
But as you scroll down to the items ordered section, for the items that the customer ordered that are linked to the Print Science designer, you will see a link called PDF file.
And if you click on this link, you will download a PDF that the designer system created when the customer finished his designer session.
After downloading the PDFs, we can simply view them using our own computer.
In this case, the order was a business card, and we're able to see the text that the customer typed along with the crop marks and bleeds.
So now, you're able to have all of the information in hand, including the artwork to begin the printing process.
