Fotovender Admin Fotovender Editor Download Order Tutorial & Guide
Learn how to manage Fotovender orders in WooCommerce, download edited and original artwork, and verify image specifications for high-quality printing.

In this video, we’ll look at what you the administrator receive when a customer places an order that used the Fotovender editor.
Here we’ll navigate to the WooCommerce orders page.
This shows us a summary of all the orders placed in reverse chronological order.
We can then click to navigate to the order detail page for a specific order.
Up at the top of the page, you can see customer information, billing address, contact information, etc.
And here in the middle, you can see the items in the order.
This order was for a photo enlargement.
Here are the attributes that the customer selected when they placed the order.
You can see that the size is 30 centimeters by 20 centimeters, and the customer selected 180 GSM semi-matte paper.
Just below this list of attributes is a link to download the edited artwork file.
This file is the output of the Fotovender editor and includes all the framing changes and filters that the customer applied when using the Fotovender editor.
We can right-click the mouse and download this artwork file to our computer.
In addition to the edited artwork file, Fotovender also provides you a link to download the original file the customer uploaded prior to having any framing or filters applied.
That way, if there should ever be a problem with the edited file, you can access the original customer file.

With Fotovender, you will receive both of these.
Now we will open up the edited artwork image that we downloaded to our computer.
This image includes all the framing changes and filters that the customer applied when using the Fotovender editor.
Crucially, the customer ordered a 30 by 20 print, so the aspect ratio of this edited image created by the Fotovender editor is exactly 3 to 2.
