This video illustrates uploading and configuring a template on the Designer server.

We've already prepared the template file by inserting PDFlib blocks using Acrobat Pro, so the first step is to click 'Add product'.

Enter the product's name and description and then click save.

Once a new product is created, we can add one or more templates to the product.

When you select the file prepared with Acrobat Pro, the Designer server automatically reads the file and discovers the number of pages and PDFlib blocks.

The server will display a list of the PDFlib blocks embedded in each page.

For each block, you can fine-tune the controls and options your customers will see.

Here you can control whether your customers will see various buttons in the user interface.

Here you can control whether your customer can change the font face, size, and color.

And here we see the default font face, size, and color configured in Acrobat.

You can override these default values and give your customer more choice.

Here you can configure the help text your customers will see in the user interface.

You can configure the default text that initially appears in each language block individually.

At the product level, you can enable a 'view PDF' button that allows your customers to download a PDF.

Once the product is fully configured on the design server, you'll see its product ID listed and you'll want to note this and configure it in your shopping cart.

Then click the test link to see how the product will appear to your customers.

This is the new default text we configured.
