wp2print can automatically analyzes every PDF your customers upload. When a problem is found, wp2print can automatically add an extra fee for fixing the artwork file.
How it works
The moment a customer uploads their file, Preflight runs a full analysis and checks for the most common artwork problems:
- Missing fonts
- Small font sizes
- Low-resolution images
- Incorrect page dimensions
If the file passes, the customer continues straight to checkout. If the file fails, the customer is shown a clear explanation of the problem — and is informed that a correction fee will be added to their order if they choose to continue. No awkward conversations, no chasing the customer. The fee is added to the cart total automatically.
